PMMA Benchmarks National Maritime Polytechnic
Relevant to the Capability Building and Research Enculturation, and as part of the Department of Research, Development, and Extensionโs Roadmap 2021-2025, the DRDE spearheaded the benchmarking of Best Practices on Research and Development with other HEIs. Last February 9, 2023, the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy faculty, staff and researchers visited the National Maritime Polytechnic at NMP Training Complex Cabalawan, Tacloban City, to identify successful concepts, best practices, promising accomplishments, strategies and gain valuable insights in research which would help to better serve the institution and the maritime industry in general.
